½ teaspoon powdered ginger
¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
sesame seeds to cover chicken
cooked rice
corn tortillas, optional

- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Pour over the chicken and completely cook the chicken over medium heat. Serve with cooked rice.
Variation
A wrap
Place pieces of chicken and a spoonful of cooked rice in a warm tortilla. To warm the tortillas, surround them in a moist paper towel or wrap them in a clean dish towel. Place them in the microwave until they are soft and pliable, approximately 45 seconds for 2 tortillas. Add rice, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce and ranch dressing.
Serves 3 to 5
Tip This chicken recipe is delicious when it is cooked on a grill. Marinate the chicken in the sauce for several hours before grilling.
