Corn Chip Salad
1 can kidney beans,
drained
1 green pepper, diced
3 green onions (with
tops), finely chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 small bag of Fritos®
or other gluten-free corn chips
Kraft® Catalina Salad
Dressing
Combine kidney beans, green pepper, green onions, tomatoes
and corn chips. Just before serving add dressing and toss until coated.
Serves 5 to 7
