I am not feeling quite as lonely as I did before. Many more people are becoming aware of celiac disease and the symptoms. Perhaps going on a gluten-free diet is the latest trend for some people. I am not sure it works for everyone to lose weight this way, but it is worth a try. Our entire family lost weight when we eliminated gluten, but we also eliminated dairy products for the first year--so that could be part of the reason.

In this report, I appreciate how the dietician points out the importance of getting enough fiber and B vitamins while on a gluten-free diet. This is a valid concern.
